KwikPrint (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a secure, automated campus printing solution that allows users (“you”) to upload, pay for, and collect printed documents through our app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Name, email address, and phone number for account creation and communication.
  • Documents uploaded for printing, stored temporarily and deleted after completion.
  • Payment information processed securely by Razorpay (we do not store card details).
  • Device and usage data to improve app performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and fulfill print requests.
  • To communicate order updates and confirmations.
  • To ensure secure payments and generate receipts.
  • To maintain and improve app functionality.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Files and user data are stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) with encryption.
  • Uploaded documents are automatically deleted after printing.

4. Payments

  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. All sensitive payment information is handled directly by Razorpay under their own privacy standards.

5. Data Retention

  • Uploaded files are deleted after printing.
  • Basic user information such as name, email, and phone number is retained for account functionality and compliance purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

  • KwikPrint integrates third-party services such as AWS and Razorpay. Their respective privacy policies apply independently of ours.

7. Your Rights

  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@kwikprint.in.

8. Updates

  • This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available within the app and website.
